Michael is an experienced Advisor specialising in whole-of-life embodied carbon, asset/facilities management and building compliance. Michael's passion for efficiency, innovation and sustainability paired with his attention to detail has guided many clients through their asset and facilities management journeys ensuring meaningful outcomes from investment in data and processes.
Michael is involved with the development of MBIE’s Building for Climate Change (BfCC) programme, updating building code and guidance updates, and contributing to Facilities Management Association of New Zealand (FMANZ) submissions to the Government. As a coalition member of the ICMS (International Cost Management Standard) Standard Setting Committee, Michael is uniquely placed to advise on projects from a range of perspectives.
