Director – Quantity Surveying

Luke has been a Director of WT’s specialist infrastructure team since 2015, and his experience across a broad range of infrastructure projects allows him to offer expert advice tailored to his clients’ requirements.

Luke’s expertise covers NZ-wide transport, rail, ports, airports, public realm, wastewater projects and more.  This includes the management of large programs of work including several major earthquake regeneration programs in Christchurch.

Luke has excellent masterplanning and audit program experience, as well as core skills relevant to all project stages through to post-contract cost management and claims disputes.

Luke is team-focused with a calm and pragmatic approach. He brings to clients’ a progressive and innovative perspective, plus a specialist knowledge that is rare in the industry.
