Lee has a wealth of experience in both new build and remediation projects with special expertise on weathertightness issues.
Lee began his career working on the Christchurch rebuild and learned much from his mentors while assisting on the varied, complex and problematic projects resulting from the earthquakes.
His communicative approach brings clarity to otherwise complex projects and understands the importance of keeping clients reliably informed on their budgets, with regular onsite visits and queries on costs without compromising the respect of the contractors.
