Lance’s extensive experience in the New Zealand construction industry has cultivated market-leading strengths in Quantity Surveying, particularly in pre-construction estimating, project feasibility studies, cost planning, master planning, project viability studies, contractor negotiations across various procurement methods, and final account resolution.
