Kelly joined WT in 2013, working in the UK construction industry for 14 years prior to that.
Kelly is fully experienced in all aspects of quantity surveying with skills in compilation of project estimates, cost planning, tender evaluation, project cost control, construction procurement, contract management, project management and bank fund monitoring across a variety of sectors including; residential, retail, luxury aged care development, care homes for dementia patients, medical facilities and commercial.
Since joining WT, Kelly has been involved in luxury aged care development for Generus Living Group; modular residential construction for TLC Modular, Galway Britomart Hotel, high end uniquely designed private houses, a restaurant/wine bar for Cooper & Company, residential developments for Ngai Tahu Property; Hilton Auckland for Ewart NZ Management (No 2) Limited; a restaurant refurbishment for Hipgroup and numerous new build and refurbishment projects for Auckland Council.
Kelly has also been acting as Fund Monitoring Surveyor for ASB and ANZ Bank on various projects.
