Throughout New Zealand, our Local Authorities are facing increasing demands on our ageing assets, lack of adequate funding provision in the Long Term Plans (LTP), insufficient internal resources and capability to achieve growing capital delivery programmes.
Our specialist team of CPEng Programme and Project Managers have the unique technical knowledge and experience to deliver a wide range of Three Waters capex renewal and capex new programmes, including specialist experience in flood hazards, stormwater and wastewater networks, potable water and wastewater treatment plants.
Our experience and technical knowledge in Three Waters allows us to work with Activity Managers during the pre-construction phase to define and confirm the scope, manage the design process and to identify and mitigate project risks. Our delivery programmes and budgets are based on our experience and are realistic which gives the project the greatest chance of success.
Most importantly, our team understands these assets are ‘owned and operated’ by the local authorises therefore, significant emphasis is given to project completion documentation, such as asset management plans, as builts and O&M’s.
